The way our talent referral system works is like this:

1. You refer talent to us.  When a talent applies with us online, make sure they put your full name down as the referral. Otherwise we won’t know to bonus you later.
2. We will pay you $100 for each straight male, $150 for each gay friendly male and $200 for each female.
3. The bonus is paid from the booking fees earned by the talent.  
   1. For example: Once the agency has earned $100 in booking fees from this talent, this $100 will be paid to the person who referred the talent to us.
4. We pay 30 days after the bonus has been earned.
5. We pay via Venmo, Cash App, Paypal or Zelle.
