This is how we pay out recruiting bonuses (as of January 2019):

In the United States (outside of Las Vegas):

• For every male talent you refer: $100
• For every girl you refer: $150
• For every gay friendly male talent you refer: $200

In Las Vegas:

• For every male talent you refer in Las Vegas: $50
• For every girl you refer in Las Vegas: $100
• For every gay friendly male talent you refer in Las Vegas: $150

How bonuses are paid out:

• Talent must be qualified and fully on-boarded
• Commissions are taken out from the booking fees
• 50% of the booking fee will be paid out to the referral until the bonus has been fully paid (not to go over the bonus amount)
• EXAMPLE:
  • You refer a gay friendly male talent in Los Angeles (bonus: $200)
  • We complete his on-boarding process
  • He works a job and we charge a $200 booking fee (you will get paid $100)
  • He works another job and we charge a $250 booking fee (you will get paid $100)
  • You have now been paid your bonus
